1. At the outset, counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also prays for issuance of direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

2. It is ordered as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in the case against the applicant and to decide it preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order. In case the trial is not concluded within 6 months from the date of passing of this order, the applicant shall have liberty to file repeat bail application.
