A PUD has been received from Court of 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh, in which it is prayed that the trial against the accused persons in Sessions Trial No.16/2015 could not be concluded within the time specified by the order of this Court in MCRC No.2114/2018 passed vide order dated 27.6.2018. Prayer has been made for extension of time.
