Heard The certified copy of the statement of the complainant Babita was placed on record, which shows that her examination is going on from 23.08.2017. The examination in chief has been made and subsequently it is submitted that the case is fixed for statement of the remaining witnesses and the cross examination of Babita on 06.09.2017.

Perused the statement of witnesses. Considering the fact, it will not be proper to adjudicate this application filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. at this stage.

Considering the fact that all the local witnesses are involved in this case, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the trial within a period of three months from next date of hearing of 06.09.2017.
