1. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.144/2012, registered in Police Station Gole Bazar, District-Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120 of IPC.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 27.11.2012. Having regard to the facts situation of the case and considering the fact that there is no change in the circumstances, no case is made out against the applicant to extend the benefit of Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the applicant at this stage.
