This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for restoration of CRMP No. 2039 of 2018, which was dismissed on 03.10.2018 for want of prosecution. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the petition, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CRMP No. 2039 of 2018.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. CRMP No. 2039 of 2018 is restored to its original number.
