Earlier bail application was rejected on merit by this court on 21.02.2017. Except for the fact that the applicant has remained in custody for another three months, the applicant has not been able to substantiate any strong change in circumstances to reconsider the rejection order dated 21.02.2017 which has been passed by this court earlier. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application being devoid of merit is liable to be and hereby rejected.
