1. The present petition has been filed seeking for modification/clarification in the order dated 18.05.2017 passed in M.Cr.C(A) No.353 of 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 18.05.2017, the Sections reflected in paragraph-1 is incorrect as the applicant herein is infact apprehending his arrest in connection with offence punishable under Sections 279 and 308 IPC, whereas, inadvertently in the said order it has been reflected as Sections 279 and 378 IPC. Therefore, prays for modification/clarification of that order dated 18.05.2017.
3. The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.
4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is allowed and disposed of. Let the
offence as is reflected in paragraph-1 of order dated 18.05.2017 in MCRC(A) No.353 of 2017 be read as Sections 279 and 308 IPC instead of Sections 279 and 378 IPC.
5. Let this order be made part of the order dated 18.05.2017 passed in MCRC(A) No.353 of 2017. Registry should ensure that copy of this order be made available in MCRC(A) No.353 of 2017. Sd/- (P.Sam Koshy) Judge inder
