1. Learned counsel for applicant submits that this is second bail application filed under Section 439 of CrPC. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 27.10.2021 with liberty to revive the prayer for grant of bail at appropriate stage. He further submits that applicant is in jail since 21.07.2021 and till date charges have not been framed as applicant has not been produced by the prosecution before the Court.

2. Learned State counsel submits that there are three criminal antecedents of similar nature against applicant of the years 2018, 2020 & 2021.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application for grant of bail. However, he prays that looking to the period of detention of applicant, a direction be issued to learned trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. In view of above, application is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
