Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, on account of typographical error in the cause title of the said order, respondent no.3 has been wrongly typed as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur, District Jashpur in stead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, District Surajpur. Thus, prays for correction of the same.

The said request for modification has not been opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 25.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 6286 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title, the respondent no.3 now shall be read as "Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, District Surajpur" in stead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur, District

Jashpur.

Let the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS No. 6286 of 2018.
