At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the instant MCRC may be disposed of as withdrawn, however, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as total 3 prosecution witnesses have been examined.

As submitted, the instant MCRC is disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merit. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and disposed of the same as early as possible preferably within two months from the next date of hearing under intimation. 4.
