The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in WPS No.6581/2018 d/on 04/10/2018. 2.

The modification sought is to the extent that, in the casue-title, the address of the respondent No.3 has been wrongly reflected as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarangarh whereas it ought to had been Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Sarangarh. 3.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

The order passed in WPS No. 6581/2018 d/on 04/10/2018 stands modified to the extent that in the cause-title, the address of the respondent No.3 shall be read as Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Sarangarh instead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarangarh. 6.

Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made a part of the record of WPS No. 6581/2018.
