(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.223/2014 registered at Police Station Kondagaon, District Kondagaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC. (3) After dismissal of two bail applications of the applicant on merit, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the
circumstances of the case to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
