Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 12/07/2017 1.
This is third bail application.
2.
After dismissal of first two bail applications, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is also rejected. However, considering the fact that out of 31 prosecution witnesses 17 witnesses have already been examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the examination of remaining witnesses expeditiously.
