1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was transferred on 12.07.2019 from Naveen Primary School Ultapani to Primary School Chataniya; thereafter, she has been relieved also. It is contended that the ratio of the students-teacher has been disturbed and as per the transfer policy of the State, in order to transfer a teacher, number of students who are in the School has to be considered as against the nature of stream they impart education and by transfer of the petitioner to Chataniya such ratio is disturbed. The petitioner contends that the petitioner may be given the liberty making all the grievances before the Collector Balrampur and the same may be directed to be considered.

2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation within two

weeks and thereafter the Collector, Balrampur, shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the grievances and may attach the necessary circulars and policy of the State to canvass his case.
