(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 279/2015 registered at Police Station Dharsinva, District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 34, 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 30.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1461 of 2016.

(2) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not

find any good ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application stands rejected.
