On the instructions issued from the State Government as to the fact that the advertisement under challenge has already been acted upon and the petitioner also has been found selected in the same college and has also been granted appointment, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved of any other subsequent developments.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
