1. This petition is filed for correction in the bail order of M.Cr.C.(A) No.1286 of 2016, wherein the date of order is mentioned as 02.03.2016 which should be 02.03.2017 and also the crime No. is mentioned as 256/2016 instead of 256/2015.

2. Perused the case file of M.Cr.C.(A) No.1286/2016 and the order of the trial Court dated 02.11.2016, whereby the appeal was rejected, wherein crime no. is mentioned as 256/2015, whereas in this case the crime no. has been shown in the first para as 256/2016. Accordingly, the same is maintained to crime No.256/2015. Likewise the order dated 02.03.2016 appears to be wrongly mentioned because of typographical mistake and the date of order should be 02.03.2017.
