1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for expediting the investigation pursuant to the First Information Report registered against respondent No.4 in Crime No.68/2018.
2. On instructions, Mr.Ravi Bhagat, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3/State would submit that respondent No.4 is absconding and he has been declared absconded, therefore, investigation and consequent action could not be
completed against him. However, effective steps are being taken to expedite the investigation.
3. In view of aforesaid submission made by learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3/State, the writ petition is disposed of. However, respondents No.1 to 3 would do well to complete the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge B/-
