1. Petitioner herein lodged a complaint against respondent No. 4 wherein offence under Sections 294, 323, 506 and 34 of the IPC have been registered against him and the matter is still under investigation. At this stage, the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction that offence punishable under Sections 365 and 357 of the IPC may also be registered against respondent No. 4.
2. Mr. S.K. Guha, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that offence under Sections 365 and 357 of the IPC also ought to have been registered against respondent No. 4.
3. Mrs. Astha Shukla, learned State counsel would submit that matter is still under investigation.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submissions.
5. Since, the matter is still under investigation and the offences are being investigated, no direction can be issued at this stage for registration of further offence against respondent No. 4.
6. This writ petition, being immature, deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. No cost(s).
