Vide a request letter dated 08.12.2021 (PUD), the VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg (C.G.) has prayed for grant of suitable time for disposal of Session Trial No. 161/2019, pending before him for which a period of 6 months was granted by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5761 of 2020.

3. On due consideration, the VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg (C.G.) is granted further two months' time from the date of receipt of this order for disposal of the trial.

Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
