(1) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time of the bail period to him up to 30th August, 2017. This Court, initially, by order dated 04.01.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7437/2016 granted bail to the petitioner for a period of one month from 07.01.2017. Again the bail period was extended up to 17.03.2017 by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2017 and again the bail period extended up to 15.07.2017 by this Court vide order dated 10.05.2017. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the date of surgery is fixed by the AIIMS Hospital, New Delhi on 24.08.2017 and, therefore the bail period granted by this Court may be extended up to 30.08.2017.

(3) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State

would oppose the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. (4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusal of record, it is directed the bail order granted to the petitioner is extended upto 30.08.2017. Now the petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Judge on 31.08.2017. The learned trial Judge shall inform the Registry of this Court about the surrender of the petitioner. (5) Copy of this order be sent to the trial Judge to proceed with the trial and copy of this order be also sent to the Director, AIIMS, New Delhi to comply and do the needful (6) With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Misc. Petition stands finally disposed of.
