1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had served with respondent No.2 as Deputy General Manager and on attaining the age of 60 years, he has superannuated from service with effect from 31.08.2019 and before the retirement all the requisite formalities were completed. It is stated that vide order dated 14.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) the respondent federation considered the case of petitioner and sanctioned the encashment of earned leave for 240 days. Further, as stated, the gratuity of Rs.10,00,000/- was also deposited with respondent federation for disbursal to the petitioner and it was recommended to respondent

No.3 for its payment vide letter dated 26.08.2019 (Annexure P-4). It is contended that despite several representations and requests made to the respondents, the gratuity, leave encashment, arrears of DA etc., have not disbursed to him till date and the petitioner is facing financial problems on account of delay being caused in payment of his retiral dues.

2. Perused the documents. There is no dispute as to the fact that the petitioner had superannuated on 31.08.2019. The inter-se correspondence also shows that recommendation has also been made to release the retiral dues of the petitioner.

3. Considering the same it is directed that respondents shall release the entire retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order without there being any further delay.
