Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of decree of divorce under Section 13(1-A) & (1-B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is pending consideration before the Family Court, Raipur since 20.12.2016 and there is no substantial progress in the trial, therefore, the Family Court be directed to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner's application is pending consideration since 20.12.2016 and there is no substantial progress in the trial and as the matter relates to matrimonial dispute, the Family Court, Raipur is directed to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously,

preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
