Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 15-10-2019 Heard.

1. This petition has been brought challenging the order dated 03.08.2019 passed by the presiding officer of Permanent Lok Adalat Jagdalpur, District- Bastar C.G. in Case No.10/2018 by which the application under Section 22(A) of the legal Services Authorities Act has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed an application before the Permanent Lok Adalat making a prayer for mutation of demand register by deleting the name of her grandmother Kachari Bai and entering the petitioners' name as her successor.
