This is a repeat bail application; earlier MCRC No. 2546/2017 has been dismissed of this court on 28.06.2017 after appreciating the entire merits.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the instant MCRC may be disposed of as withdrawn and he may be permitted to file appropriate petition under the law before the trial Court. 4.

As prayed, the instant MRCR is disposed of as withdrawn. In the light earlier order, the applicant is free to file any petition

before the trial Court and if any petition is filed, the trial Court shall dispose of the same on the basis of merit of said petition. 5.
