2. The trial Court has acquitted the accused persons of the charge under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Having seen the evidence, particularly, the statements of PW-6 Sarvin Bai and PW-8 Ratni Bai, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal against acquittal.

4. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is allowed.
