1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is for non granting of salary to the petitioner between October, 2015 to June, 2016.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that during the said period the petitioner has uninterruptedly discharged his duties.

3. Given the nature of submissions made in the petition and the prayer made for, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. Rather ends of justice would be served if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to verify whether the petitioner has discharged his duties during October, 2015 to June, 2016 and in case if he has worked, the salary part to the petitioner shall be released at the earliest within a period of 90 days from today.
