This is repeat anticipatory bail application. Earlie one was rejected by this court on 17.05.2017 considering the merits of the case. The repeat bail application has been filed solely on the ground that the applicants are ready to deposit the disputed amount involved between the complainant and the present applicants before the court and therefore, the application for grant of anticipatory bail may be considered. The said prayer of the applicants cannot be accepted while exercising the jurisdiction under Section 438 CrPC for the purpose of grant of anticipatory bail.

The applicants have not been able to make out a strong case for grant of anticipatory bail.
