The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non-releasing of salary of the petitioner beyond August, 2018 onwards.

Given the nature of dispute and the contention of the petitioner that

during the said period, the petitioner has discharged her duties, let the respondents 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision and ensure that subject to verification of the fact that the petitioner has discharged her duties during the said period, the salary payable to the petitioner be released forthwith. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
