By filing this instant petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that on account of bonafide mistake submission made in MCRC No.3242/2017, instead of Crime No.74/2017, Crime Number is stated as 52/2017 and also instead of Criminal Case No.368/2017, it was mentioned as Criminal Case No.366/2017. Hence, the said bonafide mistakes may be corrected.

In support of the instant Cr.M.P. copy of the final report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. and the FIR lodged under Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. are enclosed.

Perused the matter.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed. It is directed that in the order dated 11.7.2017 passed in MCRC No.3242/2017 in para 2, crime number be read as 74/2017 instead of 52/2017. It is further directed that in para 3 of the order Criminal Case Number be read as 368/2017 instead of 366/2017.

With the above modifications, the Cr.M.P. disposed of. Certified copy today itself.
