The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 285/2017 registered at Police Station - Gandhi Nagar, Distt. Sarguja for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. 2.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 02.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 727 of 2018. 3.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
