1. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.26/2016, registered in Police Station Bango, District-Korba for offence punishable under Sections 420, 366, 368, 370 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the First Bail Application was dismissed on 23.08.2016 after that cross-examination of the witnesses has been made in which no allegation has been attributed to the present applicant.

3. Perused the earlier bail order wherein it is stated that the role played by the applicant cannot be bifurcated, the same condition exists today also. Taking

into the fact, it would not be proper for this Court to hold a trial and give finding. I do not find any change in the circumstances. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
