Sam Koshy Order on Board 10/12/2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the communication made by the Joint Director, Higher Education Department to the Principals of the Govt. Colleges dated 24.07.2018 in respect of filling up the posts of Guest Lecturers by way of fresh advertisement.

Counsel for the petitioners, during the course of argument, submits that in the light of the subsequent advertisement which was issued, the two petitioners herein have already appointed as Guest Lecturer and they have also assumed their duties under respondent no.3 and are discharging their duties uninterruptedly.

Given the fact that the subsequent advertisement has been acted upon and the petitioners have been selected, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition at this juncture.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the Court in case at a later stage any order detrimental to the interest of the petitioners is passed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Khatai
