(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2015 registered at Police Station Chalgali, District Balrampur, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 376(2) F(cha), 376(2)I(jha), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 & 8 of POCSO, Act.

(3) After dismissal of two bail applications of the applicant on merit, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this third bail application.
