Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr.M.P. No. 390 of 2017 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 7.7.2017 for the reason that the petitioner's counsel could not trace out the listing of the case on the given date from the cause-list. The petitioner still wants to pursue the Cr.M.P,, hence, considering the bonafide grounds, this application may be allowed.

Learned State counsel has no objection, if the petition is allowed. 4.
Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the Cr.M.P. No. 390 of 2017 is restored to its original number. 5.
