Learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.3&4 submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be duly considered in accordance with rules and terms of the contract and in case if any payment is payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be released at the earliest.

Given the submissions by the counsel for the respondents No.3&4, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.3&4 to decide the representation of the petitioner for release of the payment within a period of 90 days from today. If he is entitled for the payment, the same shall be released within that 90 days time. In the event, if the petitioner, inspite of

-2being entitled for the payment and the payment is not made within a period of 90 days, the entire amount shall carry interest @ 10 percent per annum from the date the amount fell due till the date of actual payment. The interest amount can be recoverable from the officers who has not processed the bills of the petitioner promptly. 3.
