This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.185/16 registered in Police Station Narharpur (Police Outpost Dudhawa), North Bastar, Kanker for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294, 323, 506, 302, 201, 120-B, 147 & 148 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

After hearing for some time, this Court is not persuaded to take any different view of the matter, therefore, this repeat bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the same at the earliest.
