It is submitted in the petition that in order passed in MCRC No.4440/2017 dated 10-08-2017 on account of clerical mistake crime number is mentioned as 37/2016 and criminal case is mentioned as 23/2017, but the correct crime number is 37/2017 and the correct criminal case number is 423/2017, hence, the order passed by this Court may be modified to the extent as prayed.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed. Crime number mentioned in the order passed in MCRC No.4440/2017 dated 10-082017 as 37/2016 be read as 37/2017 and criminal case number mentioned as 23/2017 be read as 423/2017. The order passed in the instant CRMP shall be part of the order passed in MCRC No.4440/2017. Copy of this order be also kept in that matter. With this, the instant CRMP is hereby allowed.
