Present CRMP is seeking for recalling of the order dated 23.08.2016, whereby the CRMP No. 189/2014 filed for quashing the FIR was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Having considered the reasoned assigned in the application and also hearing the counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that satisfactory explanation has been made by the petitioners, which had caused their non-appearance on 23.08.2016.
