Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation to the Collector, BalodabazarBhatapara within two weeks from today which will be considered and decided within four weeks strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
