This is the repeat bail application filed by the applicants. The earlier bail application was rejected by this Court on merits on 08.05.2017. 2.

Considering the fact that there is no subsequent development which has arrived, this Court does not find any strong case for grant of anticipatory bail.

However, considering the nature of the offence, this Court is of the opinion that in the event, if the applicants surrender themselves before the trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail, if possible, the same may be considered at on the same day. 4.
