By filing the instant petition, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account of clerical error in para 8 word "Raipur" has been mentioned in place of word "Baradwar, Distt. JanjgirChampa" (CG). It is further submitted that in para 10 word "Raipur Distt. Raipur" has been mentioned in place of words "District Janjgir Champa" (CG) as the matter relates with Police Station Bharadwar, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG) and is not of Distt. Raipur (CG). Therefore, necessary corrections may be made in the order.

On due consideration, instant CrMP is hereby allowed. It is directed that in the order dated 01.9.2007 passed in MCRC No.5262/2017 following words be substituted:

(1) in para 8 the word "Raipur" be substituted by "Bharadwar, Distt. Janjgir-Champa"(CG)

(2) in para 10 the word "Raipur Distt. Raipur " be substituted by words "Distt. Janjgir-Champa" (CG). 4.

The order dated 01.9.17 be read accordingly.

This order shall make a part of the order dated 01.9.2017 passed in MCRC No.5262/2017.
