The present petition has been filed seeking for a modification in the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by this Court in CRA No.150 of 2017.

According to the counsel for the petitioner, in paragraph-7 of the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in CRA No. 150/2017, this Court has ordered for releasing of the vehicle subject to furnishing an "appropriate bond and guarantee". This according to the counsel for the petitioner may be modified to either a bond or a guarantee and not both.

State counsel does not have any objection in this regard. Accordingly, the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Criminal Appeal No.150 of 2017 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph-7 where it is mentioned "appropriate bond and guarantee" shall be read as "appropriate bond or guarantee".
