This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.69/2016 registered at Police Station- Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 376(1), 376(2)(<), 201 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 & 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 20.09.2016 in MCRC No.4518 of 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 3.

Earlier the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty on 20.09.2016. Considering the same, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application, as no change of circumstances appears. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed, however, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
