1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6281/2019.

2. The Counsel for the Petitioner had filed the writ petition challenging the order of transfer dated 09.08.2019 and the writ petition was disposed on 20.08.2019. Subsequently, the respondent has decided the representation vide order dated 05.10.2019 and the place of transfer has also been modified and at the modified place of transfer, the petitioner has also given his joining.

3. So far as the intervening period is concerned, there is a specific averment made by the Counsel for the Respondent that the petitioner has been paid his entire salary from the earlier place of posting itself.

4. Given the said factual matrix of the case, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be proceeded with in the present Contempt Petition. The present contempt petition stands disposed off.
