This application has been moved mainly on the ground that most important witness of the prosecution, the prosecutrix, has been examined. The applicant has remained in jail for more than one year and trial has not been concluded. 3.
On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes bail application and submits that the applicant is charged of grievous offence of under Section 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties and the material on record, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Accordinglhy, this application, at this stage, is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within four months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant would be at liberty to revive this application. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
