This is the fourth application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.214/2012, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Civil and Revenue District Bemetara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B read with Section 34 of IPC. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for entertaining this fourth bail application of the applicant is made out. 4.
