1. This Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the petitioner before this Court seeking cancellation of the order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mungeli in Criminal Revision No. 29/2018 and handing over of the vehicle.

2. The Government Advocate submitted that confiscation order has been passed by the Collector Mungeli on 09.04.2019 regarding vehicle No. CG-09-5171, thus the petition has become infructuous.

3. Counsel for the petitioner concedes to the fact that the petition has become infructuous.

4. As per R1 filed in Cr.M.P. No. 628 of 2019 the said vehicle has been confiscated by the Collector Mungeli on 09.04.2019.
