1. This is the third bail application. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.10/2017, registered in Police Station Panduka, District Gariyaband for offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 (B) of IPC and Sections 376 (2) & 506 Part II of IPC (Framing the charge by the trial Court).

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only I.O. is remained to be examined in this case, therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

3. Considering the fact that this is the third bail application and the trial is at the fag end, I am not inclined to hear the bail and give any finding. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and if possible within a period of 5 months. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
