1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CRMP No.412 of 2014 has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 1.9.2017 on account of non-appearance of the petitioner or his counsel. It is submitted that the counsel engaged by the petitioner did not appear before the Court when the case was called, for which the petitioner herself is not responsible.

2. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the petition, the same is allowed. CRMP No.412 of 2014 dismissed for want of prosecution on 1.9.2017 is hereby restored to its original number. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) JUDGE Nisha
